The Integrated Logistics Specialist, Senior provides essential logistics support services for PM PNT programs, initiatives, and goals, adhering to all relevant Army regulations and DoD policies (including AR 770-2, AR 770-3, AR 700-127, and DoDI 5000.02). Senior-level personnel will lead and manage logistics support activities for PM PNT programs, applying a comprehensive understanding of Army logistics regulations and acquisition processes. They will independently develop and review complex logistics documentation, provide expert technical advice during proposal evaluations, and lead preparation for and responses to logistics audits (Army Audit Agency, ASA, DA/G4, DoD IG). Additionally, Senior-level personnel will formulate short- and long-range logistics plans, analyze budgetary requirements, and proactively identify improvements to logistics processes and procedures, while ensuring compliance with evolving policies, laws, and directives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage logistics support activities for PM PNT programs.
  • Develop and review complex logistics documentation, including Life Cycle Sustainment Plans and Core Logistics Analysis.
  • Provide expert technical advice during proposal evaluations.
  • Lead preparation for and response to logistics audits (Army Audit Agency, ASA, DA/G4, DoD IG).
  • Formulate short- and long-range logistics plans in alignment with Army and DoD priorities.
  • Analyze budgetary requirements and support resource planning.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to logistics processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with evolving Army and DoD policies, laws, and directives.

Required Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field of study.
  • Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Integrated Logistic Support and System Life Cycle Support within DoD applications.
  • Substitution: Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience or relevant military service may be substituted for education.
